Return and Refund Policy

NU BRANCH CO offers its customers 30 days to return items. all items must be unworn and have all tags still attached to them and be in the original it was shipped in. We accept returned items for the reason of wrong product or product was defective at the time of purchase or size to big or small. When returning your item send an email to our company email at support@nufashions.net someone from our fashion team will take care of your needs once we receive your email we will respond to you no less than 2 to 3 business days. Be sure to include what item you are returning and why you are returning it we do not do cash returns any return will be given back with store credit. all clearance items are final sales no store credit can be given. all returns must be sent to po box 27114 Akron, oh, 44319. be sure to contact us before you return any items.
